The Honorable Rita G. Noel serves Grayson County as Justice of the Peace Pct. 4, becoming the first Hispanic elected official for Grayson County. The Justice of the Peace presides over the Justice Court cases involving Class C misdemeanors, truancy, evictions, magistrates, inquests, mental health, and more.
Prior to being elected as Justice of the Peace, Judge Noel worked with Grayson County Sheriff’s Office as a Civil Deputy and Civil Clerk in Collections for eight years. Rita is a volunteer for the North Texas Veterans Court that offers breakfast and support for Veterans before going to Court. Join us and hear how the Honorable Rita Noel is making a positive impact in Grayson County.
